After a tour of the school, if you are interested in our program, your child will be scheduled for a free trial day.
Submit the Application Form & Pay Application Fee:
Space is limited. Decisions for admission are made on a rolling basis as space becomes available. There are non-refundable application fees due with the application in order to confirm and hold your child’s place. Upon receipt of the application and the fees, an enrollment packet will be given. Parents will complete, sign, and return all portions of the enrollment agreement, emergency forms, health history form, immunization records, and all other required forms before your child’s first day of school.
Before Child’s First Day of School:
Please make sure to submit all completed forms before your child’s first day of school at Bright Minds Academy. For your convenience the forms needed are listed and can be downloaded from the links below.
